Life-change is the focus of each Bible Study at SAYSF

Children, youth, and adults are immersed in the Word of God through Sunday school, mid-week, and small group studies.


Sunday School provides a weekly opportunity to study the Bible in a community environment.

Children's Sunday School

Children ages 5 through 5th Grade are dismissed from Worship before the message and escorted to their Sunday School classes:

  • 5 years – 3rd Grade: Room 202 of Fellowship Center
  • Grades 4-5: Room 203 of Fellowship Center


Men’s Bible Studies

Mid-week bible study

This is an informal time of study and prayer each Wednesday morning (with breakfast), 6:30 a.m. Per SAYSF COVID-19 protocol, the men’s Bible study is suspended temporarily.

Meets in two places:

1st Wednesday of the month – Panera Bread, Lexington Park

All other Wednesdays – Contact the church office to confirm location. 301-862-3755 or saysf@saysf.org

 

Women’s Bible Studies

Ladies’ Mid-week bible study

Tuesday Ladies’ Bible study meets at 10:00 am. Per SAYSF COVID-19 protocol, the women’s Bible study is suspended temporarily.

All ladies are welcome!

The Bible study leader is Jan Hanrahan who uses the “inductive study” technique, very in-depth. This is a “no-homework” Bible study, so it is easy to jump in any time during the study.


No childcare is available.

Youth Bible Studies

Outbound youth ministry at saysf bible church

Also on Sunday evenings, our Outbound Youth Ministry gives middle and high-school aged youth opportunities to get together for fun and learning about applying God’s principles in their everyday lives. Check the Events page to see what is planned for the youth.
